The 35-year-old took to Instagram to post another shot of her favorite morning ritual. “Stretching in the morning keeps me motivated,” she wrote.
Beyond her morning stretches, Spears recently told E! News that she maintains her perfectly toned body by running, swimming and, of course, dancing (aka three-hour rehearsals).
That’s not all.
Spears’ dedication to fitness, as documented on her Instagram page, also includes cycling, hiking with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline, and treadmill sessions with hand weights. After some Cheesecake Factory, of course.

While some may lack the motivation to jump into an intense morning workout, taking Spears’ approach with a stretching routine — or yoga — could be a great way to set the tone of the day in terms of making good choices and feeling better.
