How to Play Football Squares

Step 1

Get a sheet of paper and draw a large square on the paper. You can do it on poster board or a large sheet of paper to make it easier to write in the squares.

Step 2

Write the numbers zero through nine both on the top of the square and down the left-hand side. Zero and zero are both written in the top left-hand corner of the square, with the proceding numbers written to the right accross the top and down the left-hand side until you stop at nine.

Step 3

Mark the name of one team on the top of the square and the name of the other football team on the left hand side of the square.

Step 4

Draw grid lines between each number both vertically and horizontally. Each pair of numbers have their individual square. There should be one hundred squares in total.
