Biometrics is used by the FBI and other law-enforcement organizations as a crime fighting tool. However, biometrics has also made its way into fitness and weight loss. Biometric exercise is often done with an instructor and a training partner. There are several exercises that fit into a biometric program and they are primarily strength building and fat burning exercises that involve weight lifting.
While doing curls, the bench press, lunges and dead lifts, you will wear an electronic belt around your midsection. The belt stimulates your core muscles as you lift weights. This will not only help you get stronger but it will help you burn fat and calories.
These exercise machines know how strong you are, what your weaknesses are and what you need to work on. By scanning your fingerprint every time you get on the machine, the computer inside knows what you have done in the past, what you need to work on right now and what you need to work on in the future. For example, when doing the leg curl machine, it will not only remember how much you lifted the last time and how many reps you did, but it will also remember each individual lift. If you were strong at the start of the lift but weak at the finish, it will remember that and adjust itself accordingly.
Biometric Cardio Workout
The Biometric treadmill will help you get the best cardiovascular workout you can based on your body type. It will provide a workout program based on your height, weight and age. The cardio machine will know exactly what you did each time and give you a suggested program to follow. This is outstanding if you are new to working out or aren't sure what type of running program to follow.
