Prediction
The Cardinals are battling to remain above .500 while also trying to contend in a very weak NL Central. They've gone 5-5 in their last ten and have been winning as much as they have been losing over recent weeks. Goldschmidt and Arenado have stayed hot but they cannot carry this team alone.
The Los Angeles Dodgers look every bit of the preseason juggernaut many predicted them to be. Heading into the All Star Break, they will be represented by six players at the Midsummer classic. They also lead both the NL West and the MLB in win percentage.
Prediction: Cardinals steal one game but Dodgers win the series.
With Jordan Hicks hot on the mound, I think the Cardinals take game 3. But the nasty one-two punch of Urias and Buehler will definitely shine against a Cardinals offense that has been very topsy turvy. Busch Stadium is a pitcher's park and St.Louis doesn't have the rotation to capitalize off that sadly.
