Are You Supposed to Do Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred Every Day?

Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred consists of three progressively challenging workouts. Each workout is designed to be done for 10 days before advancing to the next level. It's an extreme workout program that is meant to be a short-term challenge to improve your fitness and promote weight loss, but may be too difficult to continue for long-term fitness.
Denying your body the time it needs to repair can result in muscle weakness, mental stress, decreased endurance and injury. Resting between strenuous workouts allows your muscles to recover and grow stronger.
While Jillian Michaels is known for encouraging people to work hard and push their limits, there is a such thing as too much. Discomfort is natural and expected in any challenging workout program, but if you are ever in real pain or feel dizzy or lightheaded, stop exercising and give yourself a break. Seek immediate medical attention if you are injured. Talk to your doctor before beginning a new fitness regimen and start slowly to prevent hurting yourself.
