ProForm 765 CrossTrainer Treadmill Review

One of the ProForm 765's most unusual features is the Challenge Training Center, which creates a month's worth of customized workouts and provides you with a meal plan, too. The 765 also offers 33 preprogrammed workouts, including 24 cross-training workouts that involve strength training and cardio.

The ProForm 765 has a 2.25 horsepower motor, a maximum speed of 10 mph and a maximum incline of 10 percent. Its maximum user weight limit is 300 lbs.

Treadmill Doctor gives the ProForm 765 9 out of 10 points possible for deck cushioning and recommends it for serious walkers, although runners might prefer a heavier-duty treadmill or a longer deck--the 765's deck is 20 inches wide and 55 inches long.

The 765 folds when not in use. Other features include a two-speed cooling fan, adjustable cushioning on the running deck and a built-in handgrip heart-rate monitor.
