Troubleshooting a Schwinn SRB-1500 Exercise Bike

Move the seat position if your feet cannot touch the pedals or the leg is fully straight when pedaling the bike. You want a slight bend in the knee at the "bottom" of the pedal stroke. Pull up on the seat lever on the right-hand side of the seat. Slide the seat to the desired position and push down on the lever to lock into place.

Ensure the center console has batteries if the computer does not start or function. Turn the unit "Off" and wait a few minutes before turning back "On" to reset. Make sure the power cord is connected firmly to the bicycle and the power supply if the unit does not turn on.

Adjust the rear stabilizer levelers if the bike seems to be unsteady or uneven.

Hold the heart rate sensors gently to obtain a heart rate. Gripping the sensors too tightly will result in an inaccurate heart rate or the heart rate sensor not working at all.

Wipe down the exterior surfaces and console surface with a clean, damp cloth to remove excess dirt or debris if the console or the bicycle does not appear to be working correctly.
